    CASEFILE USER AGREEMENT

    This User Agreement (collectively with Casefileng Privacy Policy at www.casefileng.com/privacy-policy  applies to your use of all sites, mobile sites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Sites”) to which this User Agreement is linked, and the services, features, content or applications (together with the Sites, the “Services”) offered by Casefileng (“Casefileng,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on the Sites. Please read this User Agreement carefully as it sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our Services.

    By accessing this Website, accessible from https://casefileng.com/, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws.     Any claim related to CasefileNG’s Website shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria without regards to its conflict of law provisions.

    Agency

    No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of this User Agreement and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.
