This might not sound like a good news to many Nigerians, but the fact is that residents of Lagos, Ogun and Abuja will have to stay at home for the next 14 days again.
President Muhammadu Buhari handed down the directive on Monday in his broadcast.
The President acknowledged the pain and sacrifice of Nigerians in the last two weeks but added that to protect lives and means of livelihood, the lockdown continue.
He however said measure have been put in place to cushion the effect and preserve the economy.
According to the President, it was a difficult decision to take but there is also the need to prevent the spread of transmission.
The President commended those on the frontline including the security agencies and the media as well as the donors for their tremendous support so far.
