Nigeria recorded a highest figure of 663 infection of Coronavirus confirmed cases in one day.
A figure showed by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, revealed the total numbers of confirmed cases on Tuesday bringing the total figure to 13464.
In its updated figures, on 9th June, 2020 at 11:45 p.m, the centre stated that there are 13464 COVID-19 confirmed cases in the country.
So far the country has recorded 365 deaths and 4206 discharged.
Break down of the 663 new cases showed that 170 new cases were discovered in Lagos, 108 in Ogun, 69 in Bauchi, 49 in Ebonyi, 33 in Edo, 30 in Rivers, 26 in Abuja, 26 in Jigawa, 20 in Delta, 17 in Anambra, 16 in Gombe, 16 in Kano, 15 in Imo, 14 in Abia, 11 in Borno, 11 in Oyo.
Others: 8 in Plateau, 6 in Kebbi, 6 in Kaduna, 4 in Ondo, 2 in Niger, 2 in Katsina, 1 in Osun, 1 in Ekiti, 1 in Kwara and 1 in Nasarawa State, the NCDC has said of new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
