It is another sad news for the Catholic Family in Kaduna as news filtering in says one of the abducted priests has been killed by the terrorists.
Reverend John Mark Cheitnum’s remains has been deposited at the morgue.
However, there is an unconfirmed report of how the colleague of the slain priest, Donatus Cleopas regained freedom.
While one report says he escaped, another says he was released after the payment of a ransom.
The priests were abducted by the gunmen around 5:45p.m of July 15, 2022, while on their way to a function at a different parish in Lere Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
