All is now set for the arraignment in court of a-57-years-old medical director, Dr. Femi Olaleye, of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, for alleged defilement of a 15-year-old minor, who is his wife’s niece.
The Lagos State Government has finally notified the suspect of the development in a letter sighted by CASEFILE on Sunday.
The Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecution, DPP, will on Monday, November, 21, 2022 arraigned him before Justice Ramon Oshodi of the Sexual Offences Court of the Roseline Omotosho Court House, Ikeja, Lagos.
The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Agency, DSVRA, took over the case for further investigation.
At the conclusion of investigation, DSVRA recommended the doctor for trial and forwarded the case file to DPP.
