If you are one of those Nigerians still in search of the truth and wondering whether Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, was ever arrested, charged, prosecuted and convicted in the United States of America for alleged drug or money laundering offence, you have to see this podcast.
The podcast, which is the 8th episode of “The BAT Moment with Festus Keyamo”, is a bumper and an extended edition that has answers to all questions an average Nigerian may want to ask concerning the alleged Asiwaju drug and money laundering case in the US.
In this podcast, Festus Keyamo, the Spokesperson and Director, Public Affairs, Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, PCC, took his time to address in details all misconceptions, ignorance and mischiefs concerning the US Court papers being spread around by the oppositions with the hope of truncating Tinubu’s presidential ambition.
Keyamo, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, in this edition of the podcast, for instance, explained in accordance with the positions of the law, why the alleged case was a civil and not a criminal matter, why there was never an investigation or charge against the person of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, but his Bank Account, why Tinubu was never a party to the case, why he was only placed on notice by the US government of the charge(s) against his Bank Account and why he (Tinubu) was never arrested, never charged and never prosecuted and never convicted in the US at any time.
The SAN also punctured all positions and propagandas being spreed by the opposition parties and enemies of Asiwaju on the basis of the legal value and worth of the documents being brandished today by Tinubu’s political adversaries, as weapons.
To this end, the Minister of State, Labour and Employment dismissed all the so called Court papers, as a bunch of blackmail documents not worth the value of a tissue paper.
Keyamo also smashed to pieces all lies surrounding the documents and bring to rest all sentiments being advanced by the oppositions and adversaries of Tinubu.
His words; “This is the VERY LAST WORD of the Campaign Council on this issue and anyone dissatisfied after this can then go to Court instead of hawking useless papers from one media house to the other.”
