Interviewer: Welcome to our interview today, Dennis Isong. We are excited to have you here as one of the most sought-after realtors in Lagos. Can you tell us a little bit about your background and how you got into real estate?

Dennis Isong: Thank you for having me. I am a seasoned real estate professional with over five years experience in the industry.
I got into real estate after I realised that there was a need for honest and transparent real estate services in Lagos. I noticed that a lot of people were being taken advantage of by unscrupulous agents and developers, and I wanted to make a difference.

Interviewer: How have you been able to distinguish yourself in the Lagos real estate market?

Dennis Isong: My approach is simple – I always put my clients’ interests first. I understand that buying or selling a property can be a stressful and emotional process, so I make sure to guide my clients every step of the way. I am also very knowledgeable about the Lagos real estate market, particularly in areas like Epe where I have a lot of experience.

Interviewer: Speaking of Epe, what makes it an attractive location for real estate investment?

Dennis Isong: Epe is a fast-growing area that has a lot of potential for real estate investment. It is located on the outskirts of Lagos, which makes it a more affordable option for people who want to own property in Lagos. The Epe area is also home to a number of major development projects, including the Lekki-Epe Expressway expansion and the ongoing construction of the Epe International Airport. These projects are expected to boost property values in the area over the long term.

Interviewer: How do you work with Nigerians in the diaspora who are interested in investing in Lagos real estate?

Dennis Isong: I work with a lot of Nigerians in the diaspora who want to invest in Lagos real estate. I understand that it can be challenging to navigate the real estate market from afar, so I make sure to provide regular updates and clear communication throughout the entire process. I also have a network of trusted partners who can assist with things like property management and legal services.

Interviewer: Could you please share some success stories of your clients in Lagos real estate?

Dennis Isong:  I have worked with many clients over the years and have helped them achieve their real estate goals. One of my clients, for instance, was interested in investing in a property in Epe. I advised him on the best areas to invest in and helped him find a great piece of land that was perfect for his needs. He was able to develop the property and eventually sell it for a significant profit.

Another client was looking to buy a property in Lekki. I helped her navigate the complex real estate market in Lagos and find a beautiful home that met all of her requirements.

Interviewer: Those are fantastic success stories. It’s clear that you have a proven track record of helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Finally, do you have any final words of advice for our audience?

Dennis Isong: Yes, my advice would be to work with a knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional when buying or selling property in Lagos. The Lagos real estate market can be challenging to navigate, but with the right guidance, you can achieve great success. And if you’re interested in investing in the Epe area or any other part of Lagos, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I would be happy to help you achieve your real estate goals.
