Morufu Animashaun has again been awarded for his excellent work in the Police.
Animashaun was awarded Best Prosecutor of the Year 2024 by the Crime Reporters Association of Nigeria, CRAN.
The 2024 award made it the third time his outstanding role as a lawyer and police officer was awarded by CRAN.
In 2018, he was presented the Excellent Award in Police Legal Duties. He was also awarded Excellent in Police Legal Service in 2021 and in 2024, his excellent work was applauded, and he was awarded Best Prosecutor of the Year.
It was not only CRAN that sees his excellent work, Animashaun was given Merit award in 2018 by the Scholars Universal Nursery and Primary School.
He was also commended by the National Association of Judiciary Correspondents, NAJUC in 2019, he was recognised for his service to humanity, awarded Best Criminal Prosecutor of the Year.
Aside the CRAN award, in 2021, the astute lawyer bagged three more. The World Organisation of Ambassadors gave him award as a Global Peace Ambassador 2021.
For City Pride Achievers, he was awarded as Outstanding Legal Icon of the year 2021 and also awarded a certificate of commendation was presented to him by Assistant Inspector General Usman Al-Hassan Belel, the officer in-charge of Alagbon Ikoyi on behalf of the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba.
Meanwhile, the industrious and diligent lawyer, Animashaun has been pencil down for other award in late December 2024.
