Reprieve came the way of 45 broadcast stations on Wednesday when the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, gave an order of perpetual injunction restraining the National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, from imposing fines on broadcast stations in the country. The order was granted by Justice James Omotosho as the court set aside the N500,000 fines imposed on 1st March 2019 on each of the 45 broadcast stations.
