An unemployed 21-year-old Michael Chinasa, has been remanded by an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court on Thursday for alledgedly setting ablaze a BRT bus terminal at Oyingbo in Lagos during a protest in October 2020 over alleged police abuses. The defendant, said to be an indigene of Anambra State, lives at 21, Ilogbo Street, Apapa Road, Lagos. A 90-year-old retired soldier, Usman Adamu has been arrested in Mailalle, Sabon Birni LGA of Sokoto State for supplying bandits illicit drugs.
