    Moses Docked For Having Sex With A 13-Year-Old-Girl

    For allegedly having unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl, one Moses Joseph was docked by a Sexual Offence Court presided by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo on Monday.

    Moses at his arraignment however pleaded not guilty to a two-count charge bordering on the act of indecent treatment of a 13-year-old.

    According to the charge against him, the defendant on the 17th September, 2020, at about 11:00p.m at 25, Kadiri Street, Alausa, Ikeja Lagos State within the Ikeja Judicial Division indulged in the act of indecent treatment of the girl (names withheld) by putting his finger in her vagina and making her suck his penis.

    Yet again, the case against the suspect read thus, “On the 17th September, 2020, at about 11:00p.m at 25, Kadiri Street, Alausa, Ikeja Lagos State within the Ikeja Judicial Division defiled (names witheld) by having unlawful sexual intercourse with her.”

    He denied the charge.

    Meanwhile, the judge adjourned till November 9, 2021 for trial to commence following the inability of his counsel to argue for his bail.
