Nigeria recorded a highest figure of 663 infection of Coronavirus confirmed cases in one day. A figure showed by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, revealed the total numbers of confirmed cases on Tuesday bringing the total figure to 13464. In its updated figures, on 9th June, 2020 at 11:45 p.m, the centre stated that there are 13464 COVID-19 confirmed cases in the country. So far the country has recorded 365 deaths and 4206 discharged. Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, governor of Abia state, has tested positive for COVID-19. The State Commissioner for Information, John Okiyi Kalu, announced this in a statement on Monday. Mayowa Adedoyin, 19 year old, a notorious traffic robber in Oshodi, was arrested by Rapid Response Squad riders in Oshodi-Oke, inward Anthony-Oke around 9:00 p.m on Saturday.
