Ruling on bail application and possible trial of the embattled former Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele has been fixed for Thursday, April 11, 2024. This is the ruling of Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Special Offences Court in Ikeja on Monday. Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Special Offences Court in Ikeja has remanded the embattled former Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele to the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on Monday. This was after he was docked and pleaded not guilty to $4.5billion and N2.8 billion naira.
