The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, says it has intercepted the sum of N32,400,000 (Thirty-two Million, Four Hundred Thousand Naira) in Lagos alledgedly meant for vote buying. Ahead of the Presidential and National Assembly elections on Saturday, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Lagos State has started the distributions of electoral materials to the 20 Local Government Areas, LGA. The Supreme Court of Nigeria has adjourned till March 3, 2023 for judgement in the new naira policy suit.
