Justice Abiola Soladoye of Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court, Ikeja on Tuesday sentenced a head teacher, Benjamin Ogba to double life imprisonment for defiling two girls, of age seven. The survivors are his pupils. Convicting Benjamin, Justice Abiola Soladoye held that the prosecution has succeeded in proving beyond doubt the ingredients of defilement. Justice Soladoye, however, held that the evidence of the defence witnesses were tainted with lies, which did not hold waters.
