For pouring faeces on a policewoman, 23-year-old man, Abayomi Damilare has been sentenced to to six months imprisonment on Monday by a Mapo Grade ‘A’ Customary Court in Ibadan, Oyo State. The judgement was delivered by the court’s President, Mrs S.M. Akintayo. She convicted the man who pleaded guilty on the premise of overwhelming evidence tendered before the court. Nine suspected internet fraudsters are now in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, following their arrest in a sting operation. Operatives of the Abuja Zonal Command of the agency arrested Bassey Sunday Junior, Samson Zachariah, Ogonyi Jeremiah, Sunday Martins, Austin Yayison and Wilson Chinaza.
