The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, says it has secured 31 convictions, and recovered assets/cash worth N105.82 billion. The Commission achieved this feat between 2023 and 2024, just as it received 2,038 petitions. A Lagos State High Court in Ikeja has convicted and sentenced a 38-year-old driver, Sunday Okodo, to five years in prison for causing grievous bodily harm to a police officer, David Zapania, who is attached to the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency, LASTMA.
