    Nigeria Coronavirus Cases Jump To 15181, Records 627 On Friday

    Nigeria recorded 627 new cases of infection of Coronavirus confirmed cases in one day.

    A figure showed by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, revealed the total numbers of confirmed cases on Friday bringing the total figure to 15181.

    In its updated figures, on 12th June, 2020 at 11:44 p.m, the centre stated that there are 15181 COVID-19 confirmed cases in the country.

    So far the country has recorded 399 deaths and 4891 discharged.

    Break down of the 627 new cases showed that 229 new cases were discovered in Lagos, 65 in FCT, 54 in Abia, 42 in Borno, 35 in Oyo,
    28 in Rivers, 28 in Edo, 27 in Gombe, 21 in Ogun, 18 in Plateau, 18 in Delta, 10 in Bauchi, 10 in Kaduna.

    Others: 9 in Benue, 8 in Ondo, 6 in Kwara, 4 in Nasarawa, 4 in Enugu, 3 in Sokoto, 3 in Niger, 3 in Kebbi, 1 in Yobe and 1 in Kano State, the NCDC has said of new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
