Just at the anniversary of the first fatality recorded for Coronavirus pandemic in the world, Nigeria has recorded 1,361 deaths.
This is revealed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Monday.
Meanwhile number of active cases in the country is now 19,479.
Confirmed cases have now risen to 101,331 while samples currently tested in the country are 1,033,858.
New infection of Coronavirus cases is 1,244 by NCDC’s updated figure on 11th January, 2021.
So far that the country has recorded 1,361 deaths, it has well discharged 80,491.
Break down of the 1,244 new cases shows that 774 new cases were discovered in Lagos which still remains the epicentre.
