Firece reactions are trailing the decision of the Federal Government to ban Twitter operations in Nigeria.
While some were mocking the Federal Government for announcing the ban, using Twitter, others are of the opinion that the nation is descending into dictatorship.
On its part the Socio Economic Rights and Accountability Project, SERAP, is threatening a legal action.
However, it is not all criticism as some of the users are throwing their weight behind the government’s decision.
A former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has also reacted saying his tweet maybe the last tweet from him going by the policy.
