    Dr. Lambert Ofoegbu Leads PMI Into Partnering With Rome Business School In Nigeria

    Dr. Lambert Ofoegbu, the immediate past President of the Nigeria Chapter, as well as a Disciplined Agile, DA, Champion of the Project Management Institute, PMI, recently brokered a partnering relationship between the PMI Nigeria Chapter and the Rome Business School Nigeria, RBSN.

    During a courtesy visit to the Business School, Dr. Ofoegbu, who is also a Lead Faculty in RBSN, appreciated the school’s efforts in equipping their graduate students with requisite business skills in a fast-paced environment.

    He further reiterated the indispensability of project management to achieving business results by transcending ideas to realities. Dr. Ofoegbu, in his capacity as a Disciplined Agile, DA, Champion of the PMI, donated DA books (Choose Your WoW! A Disciplined Agile Approach to Optimising Your Way of Working –WoW– Second Edition) to the school.

    Mr. Paul Omugbe (the current PMI Nigeria Chapter President) and Ms. Isioma Isiekwenagbu (the Chapter Manager) also presented plausible ways the school can partner with the PMI in Nigeria.

    In response, the Country Director of RBSN Dr. Humphrey Akanazu appreciated Dr. Lambert Ofoegbu for leading the PMI Nigeria delegation to the school, as well as his contributions as a Lead Faculty in the parlances of Project Management and Supply chain Management.

    Dr. Akanazu further expressed the school’s amenability in partnering with PMI as a Global Brand. The RBSN Country Director maintained that ‘Optimising Your Way of Working’ in terms of the ‘Disciplined Agile Approach’ is a worthy precept that any business school of global repute would be happy to emulate.

    The Project Management Institute, PMI, is the world’s leading not-for-profit membership association for the project management profession, with more than 600,000 members and credential holders in more than 185 countries with membership in all the continents of the world.
