As campaigns begin to gather momentums across the country, the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, PCC, has dropped another edition of the BAT moment podcast with Festus Keyamo, as ‘E Dey Hot’.

This is according to the Director of Public Affairs and Chief Spokesperson of the Campaign Council.

In the second edition of the podcast, Keyamo spoke on how the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, met an over blotted civil service that was low in moral, production and motivation, both at the state and local government levels, when he first came to office in 1999, as the Governor of Lagos State.

Keyamo talked about how Asiwaju’s rare managerial and leadership skills pushed him into action almost immediately he was sworn into office to resolve the problems within his first 30 days in office and how he laid the foundation of the modern and digitalise civil service that everyone sees today in Lagos.

The BAT moment podcast with Keyamo also reminded Tinubu’s detractors how he resolved the problems by meeting with the leadership of the civil servants to first earn their trust and confidence in order to enable him carry out a biometric verification of all the civil servants.

According to the podcast, at the end of the exercise, it was discovered that over 50% of the state’s civil servants were ghost workers.

Keyamo in the podcast also refreshed the memory of BAT’s haters how he wisely used the money saved from the exercise to motivate those, who were genuine workers.

He noted that Asiwaju increased the salaries of the civil servants, offered them housing loans and extended their purchasing powers, as well as increased their moral and dedication to work 100%.
