    International Academy Of Forensics Holds Summit In Lagos

    All is now set for 2026 Forensics Summit of the International Academy of Forensics, IAF.

    IAF announced its upcoming summit themed: Forensic Investigation and Criminal Intelligence: Strengthening the Administration of Justice in the Age of Technological Advancement.

    The summit is scheduled to hold from Tuesday, 23 – Friday, 26 June, 2026 at Tayo Aderinokun Auditorium, Guest Houses & Conference Centre Premises, behind Faculty of Law, by the Senate House, University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.

    The announcement was made in collaboration with the organisation’s official media partner, The Guardian Newspaper.

    The Organising Committee in a communication revealed that the International Academy of Forensics, IAF, is an independent organisation instituted to advance the Forensic Investigation and Criminal Intelligence profession with application to the administration of justice.

    “The Summit will bring together forensic experts, legal practitioners, law enforcement and security professionals, academics, policymakers, and other stakeholders to explore emerging trends and best practices in forensic investigation and criminal intelligence.

    “The summit aims to strengthen the administration of justice by promoting scientific evidence, professional excellence, innovation, and collaboration in forensic practice. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, participants will gain valuable insights into the evolving role of forensic science in combating crime and enhancing public confidence in the justice system.”
