At least 10 cars and one articulated vehicle were razed on Friday during a fire outbreak which occurred within the premises of Lagos State Traffic Management Agency LASTMA, in Oshodi, Lagos. The vehicles were among several vehicles which were impounded by the agency and kept within the yard. As at the time of writing this report, the cause of the fire which started from the compound where impounded vehicles were kept could not be ascertained. The Director-General, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency LASEMA, Dr. Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu said the incident did not record any casualty.
Funke Busari, Lagos On August 9 2020, a man in mufti attacked and assaulted a female Police officer on traffic control at Shibiri bus stop, along Ajangbadi- Ilemba Hausa area of Lagos State.
