The West African Examination Council, WAEC, has released the result of the candidates that sat for the year 2020 West African Senior School Certificate Examination, WASSCE. From the total number of 1,538,445 candidates that sat for the examination, 1,456,727 candidates representing 94.69% have their results fully processed and released. But 81,718 candidates representing 5.31% have a few of their subjects still being processed due to some errors on the part of the candidates. Unknown gunmen have reportedly abducted three travellers in Ikakumo, a border town with Edo State area of Ondo State. A commercial motorcyclist who ran into the scene was beaten to stupor by the suspects.yclist (name withheld) fainted and was later resuscitated before recounting the incident to the residents.
