Father of late Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as MohBad, Joseph Aloba is seeking a criminal prosecution of those indicted in the Coroner’s inquest regarding the death of the late singer.

The judgement delivered on July 11, 2025 by a Lagos State Coroner, Magistrate Adedayo Shotobi indicted some persons for the untimely death of the deceased.

A letter written to the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice by a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Dr. Wahab Shittu, specifically indicted Miss Feyisayo Ogendengbe for unlawful medical practice and negligence, and others in the apartment of the deceased at the time of death, who facilitated the invitation of an auxiliary nurse.
This includes Ibrahim Owodunni, a.k.a Prime Boy etc, Ogendegbe Feyisayo, indicted for unlawful medical practice and gross medical negligence, Omowunmi Aloba and others.
Dr. Shittu stated that the bereaved father is desirous of ensuring that justice is done and seen to be done. He said he is deeply concerned that, notwithstanding the clear indictments contained in the Coroner’s verdict, no prosecutorial steps have been taken against the aforementioned persons since the delivery of the verdict on 11th July, 2025.
