The Lagos State Police Command has arrested three suspects for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old girl. The Police have also stepped up a manhunt for one of the suspects who is on the run. The Festac Police Division arrested the suspects, but they were released on bail. The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ola Olukoyede has launched an investigation into the allegation of bribery and extortion leveled against his officials by the convicted Crossdresser, Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye also known as Bobrisky. For allegedly defrauding a Bureau De Change consulting firm of N350,900,000, the Nigeria Police has arraigned a-35-year-old woman, Rukayya Dantata before Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Special Offences Court on Tuesday. Dantata was arraigned on two counts of fraud, cheating and obtaining money under false pretences before the Ikeja Court. The prosecuting counsel, Ezekiel Rimamsomte informed the court that Dantata committed the alleged offences between July and August 2022.
