Nono Joseph Ekeocha has been convicted and sentenced by Justice Olubunmi Abike-Fadipe of the Special Offences Court, to one year imprisonment for being in possession of fraudulent documents. This judgement was delivered on Tuesday when he pleaded guilty. Justice Abiola Soladoye of Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court, Ikeja on Tuesday sentenced a head teacher, Benjamin Ogba to double life imprisonment for defiling two girls, of age seven. The survivors are his pupils. Convicting Benjamin, Justice Abiola Soladoye held that the prosecution has succeeded in proving beyond doubt the ingredients of defilement.
