This is certainly not the best of times for the Yoruba actors in Nollywood as the case of defilement against one of their own ‘Baba Ijesha’ is putting the final nails on the coffins of their unity, this time around Iyabo Ojo and Yomi Fabiyi are at each other throats again.

On Wednesday, Yomi Fabiyi led some protesters to the Police Formation at Panti in Yaba Lagos, demanding for the release of Olarenwaju James alias Baba Ijesha on bail, his claim is that the offence is bailable.

But Iyabo Ojo is picking holes on Yomi Fabiyi utterances, Facebook, Instagram posts and the placards.

She is claiming that Yomi Fabiyi has crossed his boundaries saying her rights has been breached.

This is contained in the letter from her lawyer in the name of Maverick Forte Legal.

The lawyer is asking Yomi Fabiyi to delete all his posts against Iyabo Ojo, pull down all the instagram posts.

Above all, the lawyer is demanding that Yomi Fabiyi tender an unreserved apology and make a payment of N100m in damages, failure to do all this, the lawyer threatened will result into a legal battle against Yomi Fabiyi.

It will be recalled that Baba Ijesha was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a Popular Comedianne, Princess Damilola Adekola’s foster daughter.

The police was involved and Lagos State has filed charges of child defilement against the suspect.

Though it was argued that the offence is bailable, the continued strike by the Judiciary Workers Union, JUSUN, has shut the court against his arraignment.
