Acting Director Defence Information Brigadier General Onyema Nwanchukwu made the disclosure of the new COAS to journalists on Thursday. Funke Busari, Lagos A woman who was said to be mentally challenged has been killed on Tuesday by hoodlums in the Abule Ado under bridge, FESTAC Area of Lagos State, on the allegation of being in possession of a baby and three AK 47 rifles.
